Perez Hilton reports that the “rumor swirling” around the Cannes Film Festival is that Alec Baldwin and fiancee Hilaria Thomas “are planning to elope after the festival!!!”

He then quotes an alleged “source close to the pair” as saying, “They’ve been telling people they’ll be spending time in Europe, and there’s speculation they’re going to get married.”

According to the actor, the “Today“ show has been camped outside his building, presumably hoping to get a comment about alleged stalker Genevieve Sabourin’s affair claims.

A Canadian actress was arrested Sunday night for allegedly stalking Alec Baldwin after she showed up at his New York apartment.

Genevieve Sabourin, who met the “30 Rock” star on the set of The Adventures of Pluto Nash in 2002, reportedly sent emails and texts messages to Baldwin saying she loved him and wanted to have his baby, and also needed money.
