I remember last year David at Jossip posted an article on Bauer aka Life & Style and InTouch. He had listed the full 52 covers they ran. Brad and Angelina were on something like 48 and 43 respectively. I posted this in another thread before. Forget Perez you should really look at what’s the story with Bauer and this couple. They’re obsessed with them and their kids which borders on restraining order territory.

I was hoping that one of the reasons Gossipcop had been founded was to very easily debunk the most easily debunkable lies and unconscionable slanderous crap out there: the stories these rags write about ‘Brangelina.’ It was one thing when the stories skewed positively (re a pregnancy, a wedding, a shopping trip, etc.) – speculation about those kinds of things were basically harmless.

But I cannot tell you how disgusted I am, that their beautiful family is growing up with these endless and needless lies about their parents – and for what?? In the time Brad & Angelina have been together dozens of other Hollywood couples have gone bust, including Jen Aniston and at least 5 relationships – and yet we get this incessant drum beat berating and lying about their relationship. Please END THIS Gossipcop.

Seriously, what has Brangelina ever done to these rags besides fall in love and make them a boatload of money?? Are there resentful PR flacks/agencies behind this — perhaps mad and resentful because two of the biggest stars in the world choose NOT to have them answering every ridiculous lie and making ‘statements,’ to the press denying this and denying that. Perhaps THEY are behind this neverending drum beat, is it some kind of ‘warning’ sign to up and comers in Hollywood to not think twice about going agent-less like Brad & Angie??

With that, they can turn to some new starlet or dudelet and say, ‘Unless you have Angelina’s constitution, and can ignore the nasty rumors and lies, you might not want to think about NOT employing a PR rep – because this same thing will happen to you if you don’t have a PR guy/gal.”

We’ve already determined that tabloid sales are scraping the bottom of the barrel, so you’d think at some point they’d get a clue, and maybe try APPEALING to the fans — at least switch up the negativity, and go back to what’s worked so well for People Magazine – and that is, showcasing the positive aspects of this family. Here’s something they might want to consider for example: If Brangelina attends a premiere looking like the hot superstars they are, all loved up on the red carpet, put THAT on your cover instead of ‘Angie pleads to Brad, ‘go to rehab!’ I guarantee they’ll sell more issues of sex on fire Brangelina, rather than rehab Brad issues – especially when Brad is shown traveling with his two young sons to baseball games and meeting with politicians to discuss his ‘Make it Right,’ rebuilding efforts, just as the ‘Brad in rehab,’ issue hits stands. I mean, if that doesn’t scream that tabloids are full of shite I don’t know what does.

It’s almost as bad as the living separate lives stories, occuring simultaneously as Brad caresses Angelina’s bum on red carpets all over the world, and Angelina announces she’s pregnant with twins.

How about they just leave them alone and not put them on any tabloid covers? But the scary that is known as Bauer publications really should be looked at. It appears personal

Apparently Ms Cleo is under Jennifer’s skirt counting the men she’s been with… lol. Honey they are not the biggest stars until everyone likes them. We get it you like them and all stories about them should cease. I AGREE WITH THAT.

Why would anyone have to be under Jen Aniston’s skirts when she or her PR rep, make a photo-opportunity of every guy she’s dating. It’s not such a leap to say Aniston is with some guy when she’s sitting on his lap on a hotel balcony waiting for the papz to take her picture? Or when she’s dragging one to an Oscar ceremony she really shouldn’t even be at. .
