Sylvester Stallone Opens Up About Son’s Death: “It’s a Horrible Situation” (VIDEO)

Sylvester Stallone opened up for the first time about the death of his son Sage during a “Good Morning America” appearance on Tuesday.

The Expendables 2 star says of his son’s tragic passing, “It’s tough. It’s very, very tough… It’s a horrible situation.”

“Time, hopefully, will heal, and you try to get through it, but it’s just something. It’s a reality of life,” Stallone acknowledges.

The action star added that working on his new movie has helped him cope with the pain.

Stallone notes, “It’s important to get back and try to start re-living your life. Otherwise, you can go into a spiral.”

Sage, who starred alongside his famous dad in Rocky V as Rocky Balboa’s son, died last month at age 36.

The cause of his death has not yet been determined.
