“Suri Takes Sides: I Want to Live With Daddy,” blares a cover story from In Touch, which claims six-year-old Suri Cruise has told Katie Holmes she wants to live with Tom Cruise.

Of course, inside its pages, the tabloid quotes in passing a so-called “family insider” as saying, “I’m sure she’s [Suri] said to Katie, ‘I want to live with Daddy.’”

So, how is this alleged source “sure” that Suri has said this to Holmes?

The mag goes on to detail the little girl’s exciting time with Cruise in New York City, with the purported “insider” explaining, “The private jets and helicopters, the beautiful houses, the sweets and treats and toys. What kid wouldn’t love that?”

OK, so just because Suri — like every single other child in the entire world — loves treats and toys, that means she wants to leave her mom and live with Cruise full-time?

Yes, this is truly the extent of the tabloid’s “evidence” of Suri’s desired move.

Another “source” notes, “Tom woos people. That’s what he does. He woos the media, he woos Hollywood. He can woo his kid.”

Right, but Cruise never even attempted to fight Holmes for physical custody of Suri.

He’s doting on Suri because he loves his daughter — not because he’s trying to “woo” her into living in with him, which is often on the road.

Anyway, the tab’s source further says of Cruise’s parenting, “Daddy doesn’t make you wait at the airport terminal. He doesn’t say no, but Mom does,” asking rhetorically, “Who would you rather be with if you were 6?”

Well, maybe that childish logic works over at In Touch, but it has absolutely no bearing in reality.

Suri loves the time she shares with both parents.

Nevertheless, an actual Holmes friend assures Gossip Cop there’s NO TRUTH to the claim that Suri is asking to live with her dad.

    Anybody with half a brain knows this is BS! As private as Tom and Katie have managed to keep the details of this divorce, there is no way that any tabloid will have a real source of information about what goes on in their private lives at home. Especially regarding Suri. I pity the fool that would talk to the media about any of them.

    GC is right the In Touch article is really just a miss lead. When parents split there is always going to a tiny bit of lashing out. My exbf’s daughter (5) said the same thing to her mother when me and my ex were still together. Those words are bound to come out of Suri’s mouth but, it is more of a lash out than a serious request.

    Tom Cruise will use ANY and ALL tactics to get control of his daughter’s mind and soul. This guy is a grinning lunatic, who knows how to play the public sympathy.
    When he showboated picking up Suri from Katie’s apartment, he was playing the media, and you know this was an obvious plan. To save that poor girl from the torment of cameras, he could of taken her out another entrance, or had another person bring her to him. Social Services ought to keep an eye on this freak!!!!

    hahahahaha we all know how people lie,on famous people, thats how they sell there maz. right, plus who cares i think they both give there little one what ever she want. So she going to used it again and again. Wate tell she gets older may God be with them both………
