Rihanna, Coldplay & Katy Perry Reported Super Bowl Halftime Show Contenders

The Wall Street Journal says the league has “narrowed down the list” to that group of potential performers, although an NFL spokesperson refused to comment.
Super Bowl XLIX — that’s Super Bowl 49, for the less Roman numeral-inclined — will be played in Glendale, Arizona on February 1, 2015.
Bruno Mars headlined this year’s halftime show, accompanied by Red Hot Chili Peppers.
One interesting note: The WSJ report claims the NFL wants next year’s halftime performer to pay to play — meaning they’d be required to give the league a portion of their touring income in exchange for the high-profile gig.
That detail has also not been confirmed.
Who would you most like to see play at next year’s Super Bowl — Rihanna, Coldplay or Katy Perry?
