Sundance Head ‘Blue Ain’t Your Color’ “The Voice” Video: Watch Live Playoffs Performance!
Sundance Head competed during the season 11 Live Playoffs of “The Voice” on Monday with “Blue Ain’t Your Color.” Watch below!
As Gossip Cop has reported, this isn’t Head’s first time competing on a reality singing competition. The aspiring star first made a go of it on “American Idol” during season 6, but was eliminated during the Top 16 round. Now on “The Voice,” he’s emerged as an early fan-favorite as a member of Team Blake.
Ironically, though, he chose a song by an “American Idol” judge for his first live performance on the NBC competition. With his take on Keith Urban’s single, Head had to win over viewers for the first time on “The Voice.” And if his performance was successful, he’d make it into the Top 12, farther than he went on “Idol.”
Unfortunately, Head wasn’t able to get immediate feedback from his coach or anyone else. Due to the presidential election, all 20 artists competing in the Live Playoffs had to perform on a single night in one fast-paced, two-hour episode. That required contestants to perform in a rapid-fire format that didn’t allow for critiques.
And viewers had to vote immediately for whether they wanted Head to be one of the three Team Blake members to go through to the Top 12. Did he make it? You bet he did!
Joining Head is Austin Allsup, as also chosen by the viewers, along with Courtney Harrell, as the coach’s own pick. That meant Jason Warrior and Dana Harper were eliminated. Check out the video below!
