A couple of nitpicks:

*Kevin Huvane is Bloom’s agent, not his publicist. Stephen Huvane is the publicist, and he’s with PMK/HBH (he’s one of the H’s). Bloom’s publicist is Robin Baum, although he may have switched and is working with SH now.

*CAA is a talent agency, not a publicity firm.

Apparently, Bloom wants no part of the silliness, and brought his girlfriend.

However, it’s no coincidence that Stephen Huvane’s OTHER client, Gwyneth Paltrow was there as well. A pic was taken of the two at the event in Morocco. My guess is, Stephen Huvane is going to somehow link his clients Paltrow and Aniston up, and use their Brad Pitt connection (it’s seriously sickening how Aniston & her PR flack can’t get off Pitt’s coattails after a half decade) to garner interest in some project with the two of them. Quite possibly it’s that musical Maniston’s been bleating on about for a year. Huvane was really breaking his neck having Aniston embarrassingly sing ditties all over the place to show people she could carry a tune. Lame.

Obviously, Huvane doesn’t see his two clients being able to hack it on their own in various projects, so my guess is, he’s falling back on his tried and true – stalking Pitt, and placing his clients (Pitt’s exes) on his looooong coattails. My guess is, the two of them will be double the Pitt ex factor, (‘Come Watch Pitt’s exes Join Forces!’) and reap lots of free tabloid publicity, and boost their careers a bit.

This kind of hook will most likely get someone interested in the fact that they are making a movie, who otherwise wouldn’t be.

It’s hard to believe this is how business is done in Hollywood – it’s extremely sad and pathetic.
