VIDEO: Steve Carell and Jimmy Fallon Play Hilarious “Word Sneak” Game
Steve Carell joined Jimmy Fallon for a hilarious game of “Word Sneak” on Thursday’s “Tonight Show.” They had to fit regular, everyday words like “kumquat” and “salamander” into a flowing conversation.
“I am up for this,” Carell said of the game, noting, “We have not looked at these words. I have not seen these words.” The Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day star went on to describe his worst day. It was a great way for Carell to explore his moose watching expeditions and taste for fluffernutter sandwiches, while Fallon got to break out his “Fonz” impression.
Carell then tried to casually interject the word “kumquat” into his conversation with Fallon. “I like a lot of foods,” he said. “I love to eat foods that are tasty and have a special treat to my palate, especially certain kinds of fruits.” Carell had the late-night host name so many fruits, that Fallon joked, “‘Guess The Fruit’ is another game we play on the show.” By the end of the game, Carell seemed to have abandoned the rules, but that didn’t stop him and Fallon from having some very amusing improvisational moments. Just remember: it all goes straight to the “pelvis.”
