Tubman will replace former President Andrew Jackson on the note. The announcement comes after the Obama administration said it had planned to put a woman on the $10 bill, which would have replaced Alexander Hamilton. Bravo’s Andy Cohen exclaimed, “You GO, Harriet Tubman!” And John Legend simply wrote, “#HarrietTubman.” Sophia Bush expressed, “If the wonderful news about H. Tubman on the $20 is true, it needs to happen asap. We’ve waited long enough.” “howwwwww mad is andrew jackson right now,” added Chrissy Teigen.
“Harriet Tubman on $20bill!! Yesss!! That’s gonna be awkward at the strip club. Lol,” tweeted “Orange Is The New Black” star Danielle Brooks. Former “Saturday Night Live” star and now Sen.
