Halloween may be all about dressing up and eating candy, but that isn’t stopping stars from celebrating right on Twitter. Check out the spooky and kooky celebrity messages below!
“Happy Halloween everyone,” wrote Niall Horan, adding, “Have a good day. Really excited about the show tonight … gonna be a big one!” Sam Claflin posted an Instagram photo of an amusingly-carved pumpkin (see right), writing, “Happy Halloween one and all. Scaring is caring.”
Khloe Kardashian posted, “Happy Halloween my [pumpkins]!!!!” Matt Bomer shared a photo in which he looked like a vampire, writing, “Happy Halloweeeeeen! Get that candy!!” And Chris Hemsworth tweeted a picture of a huge, REAL spider, captioning it, “Selfie with my mate. #HappyHalloween.”
“Happy Halloween y’all,” declared Kendall Jenner. Sister Kylie Jenner wrote “Happy Halloween,” with a link to boyfriend Tyga’s new horror-filled music video. Naya Rivera got in the spirit with some pumpkin emojis, writing, “Happy Halloween!”
William Shatner simply exclaimed, “Happy Halloween!!!” He went on to note, “I’m waiting for @heidiklum’s costume!” Klum, of course, usually has the best costume every year. Meanwhile, Jeff Daniels posted a cute photo of his dog wearing a tiny sombrero with the caption, “Happy Halloween!”
Stephen King told his followers, “Happy Halloween, all you boys and ghouls. Want to extend Fright Night? THE BAZAAR OF BAD DREAMS is out next week. Just sayin’.” Johnny Knoxville wrote “Happy Halloween!!” along with a bizarre photo of a child dressed in a bong costume.
“Wishing you all a spooktacular HALLOWEEN! #HappyHalloween,” wrote the official Twitter account for “The View.” Justin Bieber‘s dad Jeremy remarked, “Best thing about Halloween is having all my friends and family together. #reallife” And Maria Menounos showed off a pumpkin that was carved with her likeness. “Halloween! Thanks to fun fans who take the time to make such cool gifts! So talented,” she wrote. “This is proudly on display at my CT home-mom stole it!”
An excited Hailee Steinfeld told followers, “HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEEEEENNNNN! I wanna see yo costumes!!!” Vanessa Hudgens was also quite enthusiastic, posting, “HAPPPPYYYYY HALLLLOWEEEEEEEENNNNNN so excited. My fave holiday!!!!! Be safe and get weird.” Then there was Joel Madden, who opted to change the standard greeting ever so slightly. “Happy halloweenie,” he wrote.
And Arsenio Hall cleverly quipped, “Have a safe HALLoween!” Ashley Tisdale was a little more vulgar, writing, “Happy Halloween bitches!!!” Meanwhile, Sean Hayes, who regularly dresses up for his lip sync videos, announced, “Happy Halloween, everyone!” Paula Abdul expressed to her fans, “Trick or tweet! Happy Halloween!!! Be safe and have FUN! *hugs* and *treats*”
Zendaya amusingly observed, “Seeing people in their Halloween costumes at the airport is making me thoroughly happy.” Albert Brooks cracked, “Tonight we should put all our political differences aside and just scare the [expletive] out of each other.” Peter Facinelli went with a joke, tweeting, “Why didn’t the moon want any more candy… cause he was full.
