Celebrities Support Dorian Murray, Child Cancer Patient Whose Dying Wish Is To Be Famous (PHOTOS)
Justin Bieber, Adam Sandler, and many more celebrities have joined the campaign to help Dorian Murray, an 8-year-old boy with terminal cancer, fulfill his dying wish to become famous. See a photo gallery below of stars supporting Murray using the hashtag “#DStrong.”
Murray was diagnosed with cancer when he was 4-years-old, but doctors informed his family last month that his disease was no longer treatable. The brave young boy then told his parents that he had one last goal: to become famous worldwide.
A Facebook campaign to achieve Murray’s wish was soon launched, and it immediately made waves. People across the globe have been posting photos holding up signs saying “#DStrong,” and now celebrities are getting in on the action.
In addition to Bieber and Sandler, other stars who have posted photos on social media in Murray’s honor include Conan O’Brien, Paula Abdul, Carson Daly, Viola Davis, Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed. Additionally, Miles Teller, Maria Menounos, and Debra Messing have given the boy Twitter shout-outs.
