Star Mag Strikes Out on “Wild” Justin Timberlake Pitch

According to Star magazine, on March 10, Justin Timberlake “spent a wild night at Tao nightclub in [Las Vegas], drinking vodka, and flirting and kissing not one but two sexy go-go dancers – before taking the scantily clad pair up to his suite for a private, late-night after-party.”
Seriously?
The tab went on to report, “even though his long-time girlfriend Jessica Biel was thousands of miles away in NYC, news of Justin’s betrayal got back to her and she was so distraught, she had to be helped out of a screening for her new movie [Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro].
For full disclosure, Gossip Cop saw pictures of a woman up close with Timberlake that night, and it did look flirty.
But unlike other sites, we don’t report what things look like, but rather what the facts are.
Where do we start?
First, Timberlake wasn’t drinking vodka. In fact, he was in Vegas to promote his 901 tequila brand. (Strike one)
Next, unless Star knows of some sort of time warp, it would have been impossible for Biel to have heard “news of Justin’s betrayal” while screening her documentary in New York, because as everyone knows, Las Vegas is 3 hours BEHIND the Big Apple, and his late night partying would have meant Biel’s film was shown at, what, 4 in the morning? (Strike two)
Additionally, Gossip Cop reached out to our Vegas sources, who told us that while Timberlake may have flirted, he didn’t cheat. Oh, and part of Timberlake’s posse that “wild night” was none other than Biel’s own little brother, Justin. (Strike three)
Star strikes out again.
