The 2012 Stand Up To Cancer telethon brought some of Hollywood’s biggest stars together for a great cause in Los Angeles on Friday.

Robert Pattinson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Seth Rogen, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were just some of the famous faces on hand for the telethon, the third such “SU2C” fundraising effort for cancer research.

The evening’s most moving moment may have come courtesy of Taylor Swift, who performed a brand-new song called “Ronan” in memory of a 3-year-old boy who died of neuroblastoma.
