Jonah Hill starred in a hilarious spoof of the movie Her on “Saturday Night Live.”
Joaquin Phoenix played Theodore Twombly in the Spike Jonze film about a man who falls in love with the female voice of his new intelligent computer operating system.
In the “SNL” parody called “Me,” Hill takes on the role of Twombly and signs up for the world’s first artificially intelligent computer operating system. After answering a few personal questions, Hill’s character admits that he doesn’t “get along very well with other people.” His operating system is then set to the sound of his own voice. “You sound like me,” he tells the machine, noting, “You actually have quite a lovely voice.” He soon falls in love with himself.
When he runs into his neighbor in the elevator, Twombly and his operating system have a few laughs at her expense. Hill’s buddy Michael Cera also makes a cameo in the hilarious sketch.
