‘SNL’ Donald Trump Apology For Billy Bush Bus Conversation – Watch Cold Open Video
“SNL” mocked Donald Trump‘s apology for making crude comments to Billy Bush on an “Access Hollywood” bus in 2005. Alec Baldwin, who’s playing the GOP presidential candidate this season, parodied the taped statement Trump issued after the embarrassing footage was leaked. Watch the video of the “Saturday Night Live” spoof below.
As Gossip Cop reported, on Friday video leaked of Trump having a vulgar conversation with former “Access Hollywood” host Bush about his then-co-host Nancy O’Dell and other women. On the “Access Hollywood” tape, in which the two men could be heard because their mics were on, Trump brags about having “moved on” O’Dell but “failed.” “I did try and f**k her. She was married… I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there,” relates Trump. He then tells Bush adds, “I’m automatically attracted to beautiful [women]. I just start kissing them… I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it.” “You can do anything… Grab them by the p*ssy. You can do anything,” adds Trump.
The sketch began with the vice presidential debate being interrupted by Trump apologizing on CNN. And in the course of his apology, he made things worse by saying he could do “a lot more than just grab a p*ssy.” He also responded to criticism from people within his party who criticized him, including John McCain, Carly Florina and even vice president candidate Mike Pence. He said McCain was a “coward,” Fiorina was a “four,” and his running mate Pence was a “loser.”
At times during the sketch, as the camera was off of Trump, he continued to say offensive things about women and Ted Cruz, and was then told his mic was still on. There was also a cut to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, where she was dancing to Kool & The Gang’s “Celebrate.” Check out the video below of “Saturday Night Live” spoofing Trump’s apology for his vile talk about women with Billy Bush.
