“Britney Spears was told by Simon Cowell to dress better and clean up her hair and makeup before going on ‘The X Factor,’” reports the New York Post.

According to so-called “sources” for the paper, after Spears showed up at a taping not wearing a bra, “It was made clear she is expected to be impeccably dressed and made-up for the show. And none of those ragged hair extensions.”

Really?

Nope.

Cowell’s spokesperson tells Gossip Cop, “This story is complete rubbish.”
