Sia “GMA” Summer Concert Series Video: Watch ‘Good Morning America’ Performance!
Sia dazzled the crowds in Central Park on Friday for the “Good Morning America” Summer Concert Series. Watch below!
In front of hundreds of fans, the singer wore one of her signature face-hiding wigs as she performed on the stage at the Rumsey Playfield venue. Sia sang “Cheap Trills,” “Chandelier,” and “Unstoppable.” “Cheap Thrills” is the star’s current single, and so far it’s peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The performance came one day after Sia was honored with her very own wig-inspired Snapchat filter, and exactly one week after she revealed she wants to collaborate with Drake. The Australian singer-songwriter humbly tweeted, “@Drake I’m trying to get in touch with you. I want to do something! Can you dm me your person? Thanks! Your fan, Sia!” Unfortunately, the rapper has yet to reply.
In any case, Sia’s concert on the morning show gave fans a taste of what to expect when she hits the road this fall. The “Nostalgic For The Present Tour” is slated to begin in October. She’ll be joined for the run of concerts by Miguel and Aluna George.
As for “GMA,” they’ll continue to have concerts to kick off the weekend through the first week in September. James Bay, Keith Urban, and Jason Derulo are all scheduled to appear in the coming weeks. Check out Sia’s Summer Concert Series videos below!
