Shia LaBeouf Elevator

Shia LaBeouf is spending 24 hours riding an elevator with his fans at Oxford University, as part of his latest stunt called #ELEVATE. The event is being live streamed online, and you can watch it below!

LaBeouf is scheduled to speak at the Oxford Union on Friday night, but for the 24 hours on either side of the talk, the actor is occupying an elevator at the school and allowing the public to join him for a discussion. A live audio and video feed from the elevator is available to watch online. LaBeouf is being accompanied by artists Ronkko & Turner, his collaborators on past performance art pieces.

The actor appears to be having a great time interacting with his fans, and it seems no topic is off limits. So far, LaBeouf has been answering questions about his personal life, his acting career, and his art projects. He’s also more than happy to pose for selfies and sign autographs as soon as each elevator ride ends.

As Gossip Cop reported, LaBeouf’s first live-stream event took place last November when he spent three consecutive days watching all of his movies, without any breaks, with fans at the Angelika Film Center in New York. The 72-hour stunt was dubbed #ALLMYMOVIES. And then in December, the actor live-streamed himself for a piece called #TOUCHMYSOUL, which had him taking phone calls directly from fans from a hotline in the Fact Gallery in Liverpool. Watch LaBeouf’s latest stunt, #ELEVATE, in the live-stream below!
