Sheryl Crow has a benign brain tumor.

The breast cancer survivor inadvertently revealed the news in an interview with the Las Vegas-Review Journal, explaining that she went to see a doctor in November after being concerned about memory loss.

Crow said, “I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumor.”

“I haven’t really talked about it,” she noted, adding, “But it’s benign, so I don’t have to worry about it.”

Crow’s rep reiterates that the tumor, a type called meningioma, is very common and that the singer is completely fine.

Gee how is that fair? She already had one type of cancer and now another….all the best to her and her family, a lot of positive energy.

She doesn’t have ‘another cancer’…the article says it’s a benign tumor.

I really hope that she is going to be okay. She is one of my favorits. ven if it is benign it is still kind of risky. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.

Wow, sending my prayers to her and her family. Even though its benign, cancer is still very scary.

Hopefully she’ll be alright. It’s been 1 year since I had a benign brain tumor removed (it was pressing on my optic nerve and bleeding) but it’s still a struggle to deal with. 1 year later, i’m still on tons of meds, been diagnosed with chronic migraines and epilepsy and have minor vision problems. With her past, hopefully she doesn’t have to deal with any of these complications. I wish her the best of luck!

Best of luck to you, as well.
