Sherri Shepherd gives Gossip Cop a ‘View’ into a wild rumor about her

Yesterday was a big day for “The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd. Both her book, “Permission Slips: Every Woman’s Guide to Giving Herself a Break” was published, and her Lifetime TV show, “Sherri,” premiered.
And yet somehow, in between all of this, Shepherd actually had a few minutes last night to chat with Gossip Cop during a party for her. Shepherd, who can also soon be seen in the movie, “Precious,” told Gossip Cop that “Everything’s going great” in her life.
That’s now, but was she ever the subject of a ridiculous rumor that a site like, say Gossip Cop, could clear up for her? Shepherd says the wildest rumor about her was “that I had sex with some guys in a rock group.” She said the rumor, which was NOT true, was on Wikipedia, and that her ex-husband, Jeff Tarpley, “got it pulled down.”
Since then, Shepherd says there’s been “nothing crazy,” because she claims she lives “under the radar.”
