Gossip Cop has contacted Lindsay Lohan about the chaos at her apartment this afternoon.

She tells us she wants to get “restraining orders and the cops should be fired!!!!!!!! Also – my building cannot let this happen!”

About her father, Lohan says, “He is INSANE!”

ORIGINAL REPORT 2:55 PM -

Michael Lohan and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department just showed up at Lindsay Lohan‘s apartment.

The reason is concern for the safety of Ali Lohan, Lindsay’s sixteen-year-old sister.

Law enforcement sources tell Gossip Cop Michael Lohan convinced them to check on Ali’s well being.

“We went, she checked out fine, and we left,” the sheriff’s department tells us.

Lindsay Lohan has been tweeting her outrage on a minute-by-minute basement, furious that her estranged father was permitted to enter her home.

Gossip Cop reached out to Lohan’s attorney’s office. They were well aware of the situation.

Deputies reportedly left after speaking with Ali Lohan, while Michael Lohan is on his way to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Familiy Services.

    At least the father is trying to help. Her sister Ali should not be staying with this unstable drug addicted alcoholic. It really says something about the mother that she would allow it. The mother is Lindsay’s biggest enabler and apparently dosen’t care if Ali follows down the same path as Lindsay. Really sad.

    so you’re still enabling the liar. her mother lies about her daughter’s condition and supports the daughter’s lies so why shouldn’t you. it must be a big coup for you to be on such a good basis with the train wreck. yeh that’s like being friends of the former most popular kid in high school who’s no longer popular and working at mcdonalds ten years after graduation. at least when she dies this year you’ll be able to tell everybody how close you were to the deceased.

IF THERE IS A STANDING PROTECTIVE ORDER , EVEN WITH THE COPS , HE IS IN TROUBLE. NOW THE MYSTERY PERSON WHO SAW LINDSAY DRIVE HOME AT 115 MPH , WERE IS THIS GUY FRIEND WHO SAW HER DRIVING HOME. SHE NEEDS TO TAKE THE GLOVES AND GO AFTER HIM BIG TIME LEGALLY .
