Sharon Stone recently “suffered another stroke drama, and now her close friends are terrified that Basic Instinct actress is dying right in front of them,” claims the National Enquirer.

The magazine alleges it has “shocking details of a medical crisis” that supposedly took place when the actress went to a hospital in Brazil on April 4. Citing a Sao Paulo radio station, the tab says “Stone was admitted because of a stroke.”

The Enquirer then quotes a supposed Stone friend — in impossibly unnatural language — saying, “After the 2001 stroke, Sharon told me she actually saw the ‘white light,’ and went through the proverbial tunnel.”

“Now,” adds the alleged source, “whenever she experiences a headache that seems out of the ordinary, she goes straight to the ER to make sure she hasn’t suffered another brain hemorrhage… That could be what happened in Brazil.”

Wait, wouldn’t a real pal of Stone actually know what occurred in Brazil, rather than guessing “that could be what happened”? Anyway, the story is made up and not true. A rep for Stone tells Gossip Cop the Enquirer story is “absolutely absurd!”
