Shakira is not in love match with tennis star Rafael Nadal

“Are things getting muy caliente between Shakira and tennis star Rafael Nadal?” asks People magazine.
The weekly’s website reports the two were “spotted sharing a cozy meal at the W Hotel in Barcelona,” and then notes they appear intimate in the upcoming video for her song “Gypsy.”
A source even tells People that Shakira and Nadal were “very flirty” and “had a lot of chemistry while they were filming” the video.
However, as far as Gossip Cop can tell from reaching out to sources, Shakira is still with Antonio de la Rua, the son of Argentina’s former president, and Nadal is dating a stunner named Maria Francisca Perello.
Also, Nadal’s rep denied there was anything going on between the two, and Shakira’s rep dismissed the rumors as “nothing.”
Gossip Cop will continue to monitor this, but for the time being we believe our sources as well as Shakira’s and Nadal’s reps who hopefully, like the singer’s hips, don’t lie.
