Seth Meyers to Host 2014 Emmy Awards

Seth Meyers has another new gig.

The “Late Night” host will emcee the 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards.

He replaces last year’s host, Neil Patrick Harris.

Meyers’ late-night predecessor, Jimmy Fallon, hosted in 2010.

Besides “Late Night” and “SNL,” Meyers has emceed the EPSYs twice, as well as the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

He won his own Emmy award in for Outstanding Music and Lyrics in 2011.

The Emmys, now in its 66th year, will air August 25 on NBC — and Gossip Cop will have full coverage.
