Seth Meyers Baby Born! ‘Late Night’ Host And Wife Welcome Son
Seth Meyers is a dad. The “Late Night” host and his wife Alexi Ashe welcomed a baby boy on Sunday. This is the couple’s first child.
News that Meyers and Ashe were expecting was first reported back in November. Meyers has yet to comment on social media about the baby’s birth. It’s expected the “Late Night” host will discuss it, and possibly reveal the boy’s name, when he returns to the air on Tuesday.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Meyers married Ashe, a human rights lawyer, on Martha’s Vineyard in September 2013. The couple had been dating for several years before tying the knot. The two live together in New York City with their dog Frisbee, who Meyers often refers to on-air and upon whom he admittedly dotes and spoils. At their wedding were a slew of past and present “Saturday Night Live” stars, including Taran Killam, Kristen Wiig, Kenan Thompson, Jason Sudeikis, and Will Forte. “SNL” creator and “Late Night” executive producer Lorne Michaels was in attendance as well.
Gossip Cop would like to congratulate Meyers and Ashe on the birth of their son. We look forward to hearing the talk show host’s humorous take on being a first-time dad.
