Selena Gomez and Zedd have not broken up nor did she fly to Paris to have a secret rendezvous with Justin Bieber, despite an utterly ridiculous and fabricated report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this story, which was posted by a webloid that has an awful track record when it comes to articles about Gomez, Bieber and Zedd.

The fully fictitious rumor began with the know-nothings at Celeb Dirty Laundry. According to the webloid, Gomez and Zedd’s relationship has “gone sour with a break-up as the German DJ dumped Gomez because he was tired of her obsessing over her ex Justin Bieber.” The site claims Gomez “couldn’t move on from her first love Justin,” and after a “major fight” with Zedd, she flew to Paris for a “secret rendezvous” with Bieber.

After noting that France has strict privacy laws, the absurd blog explains that’s why Bieber and Gomez were going to meet up in Paris. CDL also says they’re getting “back together” in the next few days. Of course, none of this is true.

Gomez did not get “dumped” by Zedd. Nor did she and Bieber meet up in Paris. Bieber has been in the U.S. for Will Ferrell’s Cancer for College charity in La Quinta, California and at Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao’s press conference at the Nokia Theatre in L.A.

Of course, this is all coming from the same pathetic webloid that Gossip Cop busted just a few weeks ago for running false stories about Gomez and Zedd getting engaged and that she was going to leak nude photos and videos of Bieber. Regardless, Gossip Cop still checked in with Gomez and Bieber sources to see if there was even a kernel of truth, and we’re told not one word is accurate. “It’s all BS,” said a Gomez insider.
