Selena Gomez Launches New Perfume, Meets Possible New Suitors (PICS)

Selena Gomez launched her new perfume at Macy’s in New York on Saturday.

The actress-singer seemed overwhelmed by the huge fan support for her event, tweeting a photo (below) of fans on the sidewalk with the caption, “People sleeping on 34th [Street] for the @Macys fragrance launch. #ihavethebestfans.”

Gomez showed quite a bit of skin for the launch (see full gallery here), but boyfriend Justin Bieber was not around to enjoy it.

The Biebs spent Saturday in England, where he performed at the Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium.

That left the door open for two (very) young men eager to take his place beside Gomez at the Macy’s launch.

The boys wore “Forget Justin & Marry Me” t-shirts, which Gomez thought were cute enough for an “LOL” tweet.

    i don’t get why celebs promote or sell there own fragrances is it for easy money o reasy money for a charity. at least liz taylor(rip) had a good reason to sell hers her charity. but why all these kids are doing it?

    Huh? She is only stated that a lot of celebrities had their own fragrances (Like Beyonce, Christina etc) and that everyone have to right to buy or not. Not about other opinions.

    Hell no. I smelled the shit yesterday. Shit is too damn expensive and it’s stinks. Taylor and Justin’s frgrances were actually affordable and smell great. Rather than hers is more like a cheap bottle costing $120. She isn’t even giving the money to charities like otherS. Smh

The products were indeed cheap just like the label. She has a fragrance because she saw others Doing it and she needs the money and is choosing to capitalize off he current rise of publicity she is being given. I work PR.     Ha because she barely had fans like she does now. No one wouldn’t even know she had one mch less cared enough to buy it. Why her frgrance is that much I have no clue. If anything beyonces Britney’s mariahs and biebers should’ve been more then. Cause those stars actually rank in numbers. But they don’t really need the money. So they make it affordable for fans. Even Taylor did. I smelled it too. It smelled like chocolate and cherries which I hate. So I won’t be buying it for me and my little sister at all. But all in all people can lt deny. The bieber kid did help her popularity GREATLY. my little sister followed her before she even knew him and she only had 100,000 follows. I knew regular people who had more than that. Now look at her following. That says a lot within itself. Populairty runs Hollywood everyone here knows this.

    Her fans have made the decision of what kind of perfume it is. Selena let them have the say about this. So don’t blame her.

    There are a lot of celebrities who waits to have their own fragrances or cloth lines. Even Christina waited awhile. And saw that others made them. Selena is not the only one.

    Disney? Perhaps or perhaps not. We don’t know that.

    Money? I never heard her complaining about this. She is happy of what she got.

    Now. Wouldn’t it better to stop this, before everything get out of hand and becomes a shout festival between the fans and haters?
