Selena Gomez And Niall Horan Not Dating: HollywoodLife Caught In Web Of Lies
Selena Gomez and Niall Horan are not dating. They’ve been friends for a long time, as Gossip Cop has been reporting for some time now, but it didn’t stop HollywoodLife from spending the entire week posting up one fake story after another. And now the site has been completely exposed for fabricating its many reports.
Let’s examine just a smattering of the site’s published lies. On Monday, the webloid manufactured a story that claimed a “source” told the outlet that Gomez and Horan’s “chemistry is explosive.” That was followed up by a number of other untrue tales, including Tuesday’s gem that alleged Louis Tomlinson is “happy” for Horan’s supposed new romance, but mostly because he’s “never been that impressed with Justin [Bieber].” Of course, all of this is pure fiction.
Among the additional falsehoods produced by HollywoodLies on Wednesday was that Gigi Hadid was “eager to set up a double date” with her new man Zayn Malik, along with Gomez and Horan, but the “Good For You” singer “doesn’t think it’s a good idea” to have the former bandmates get together. There were many more tall tales from the webloid on Thursday, including how Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris “can’t wait to double date” with them, as well as Gomez allegedly telling Bieber she wouldn’t be dating Horan if only he had “committed” to her.
But every one of those stories and numerous others from the untrustworthy site about Horan and Gomez were lies, lies, lies. There were never proposed double dates or real sources saying Horan and Gomez’s chemistry is “explosive.” It was all seemingly made-up by HollywoodLies. You’ll note, no other reputable site reported any of the fake claims published by the webloid.
Last month, Gossip Cop exclusively reported Gomez and Horan are “just friends,” and a source close to the situation even joked at the time that lesser outlets will surely “create a love triangle” with Horan, Gomez, and Bieber.” Not only was Gossip Cop’s impeccable sources right about the two young singers, and that all of HollywoodLies’ story were false, but when asked if she and Horan were a couple, Gomez told “Entertainment Tonight” on Friday, “Oh, God no!” Gossip Cop anxiously looks forward to seeing how the webloid tries to untangle itself now from its vast web of lies.
