Selena Gomez Tells Jimmy Fallon She Believes In Ghosts And Performs “Same Old Love” On ‘Tonight Show’ (VIDEO)
Gomez’s interview with Fallon began with the “Tonight Show” host showing her new Elle and Billboard covers. Next, they talked about her new album Revival, and how she’s going on tour, starting May in Las Vegas. The singer said she was excited to “be able to bring the music you create to life.” Then, she admitted, “I believe in ghosts.”
But that’s not all. Gomez actually has an app on her phone to determine whether or not a ghost is present in a room. After reiterating, “I believe it’s real,” the singer checked the “Tonight Show” studio for ghosts. Her app seemed to indicate that there were some ghosts in the studio.
Gomez went on to tell Fallon that she used to be “extremely insecure” about having a deeper voice when she was younger, but now she feels it’s an “asset.” And with that, she and the “Tonight Show” host sang a few bars of “Ring Of Fire” together.
Following that, Fallon pulled out an iPad and the two recorded lip-synched dubsmashes to different things, including a commercial jingle, John Travolta calling Idina Menzel “Adele Nazim,” and even one of Gomez’s own songs.
Gomez’s appearance ended with her performing her new song “Same Old Love.” Check out the videos below of Selena Gomez’s interview with Jimmy Fallon and musical performance on the “Tonight Show” and tell Gossip Cop what you think.
