In Touch Uses Deceptive Practices For Selena Gomez “Overdose Drama” Cover

In Touch seems to have used some deceptive practices to declare Selena Gomez had an “overdose drama.”
The cover blares that Gomez is going “back to rehab” after “partying with hardcore drugs” and hitting “rock bottom.”
But it’s 100 percent deceptive.
The main cover image is one of a series of photos Gomez originally posted on Instagram three weeks ago to show off her new tattoo.
In Touch seems to have darkened the shadows around her eyes to bolster its “partying” premise.
A rep for the magazine, which recently faked a photo of Kim Kardashian trying to get into a wedding dress, says the “eyes were not darkened.”
But even if this weren’t somewhat suspicious , the two other photos In Touch includes on its cover — in its attempt to support its “partying with hardcore drugs” accusation — are actually stills from one of her music videos.
That’s right — those are pictures from Gomez’s “Birthday” clip, which was released more than a year ago.
Oh yeah, as opposed to the mag’s claim, she’s never had an “overdose.”
