Sean Penn & Charlize Theron Wrongly Accused Of Mistreating Her Son On Hike
Sean Penn and Charlize Theron were falsely accused of mistreating her two-year-old son Jackson during a hike on Thursday. Police interrupted the couple’s trek at Vasquez Rocks in California after receiving a call from a fellow hiker who heard Jackson screaming and assumed Penn and Theron had done something wrong.
According to TMZ, Penn and Theron had taken Jackson for a sunrise picnic when a camera-carrying female hiker overheard Jackson having a tantrum and took it upon herself to investigate. The woman is said to have approached Penn and Theron and started filming. When Theron told the woman to leave them alone, the hiker contacted the authorities.
When law enforcement officers arrived on the scene, they established that nothing unpleasant or criminal had transpired. There was no physical abuse or evidence of anything wrong. Jackson was having a typical toddler tantrum. No action will be taken against Penn or Theron.
In an interview with Vogue last spring, Theron opened up about how her long friendship with Penn turned into romance. “It just kind of naturally happened, and before I knew it, I was in something that was making my life better,” she told the magazine. Theron said of Jackson, “He’s super independent. His awareness just blows my mind. He picks up on things really quickly. Shy at first, and then you can’t stop him.”
