“Beautiful Girls” singer Sean Kingston has been accused of sexual assault.

Kingston was partying last weekend at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Seattle, where he allegedly had sex with a supposedly intoxicated woman.

The woman and her female friend, both under 21, were reportedly brought by ambulance to a local hospital and participated in rape tests.

Law enforcement sources, however, do not believe the woman’s claim is credible, according to TMZ.

Police were going to interview Kingston, but have determined it’s unnecessary since they don’t buy the accuser’s account.

But Kingston may still face a civil suit.

Kingston is set to perform tonight in Portland with Justin Bieber.
