Scott Eastwood Praises Taylor Swift As “True Friend” — See “Wildest Dreams” Music Video Teaser Photo Here!
Swift first announced “Wildest Dreams” would be the fifth single from her record-breaking album 1989 earlier this month, much to fans’ delight. But Swifties became even more excited just a few days ago when it was revealed Eastwood would be playing the object of her affection in the music video. The clip is set to debut on Sunday, during the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show.
Swift increased the buzz late Friday with a teaser photo showing herself and Eastwood looking like they just stepped out of the 1950s (see above and below). Along with the picture, the singer tweeted the lyrics, “Say you’ll remember me/Standing in a nice dress/Staring at the sunset, babe.” She tagged Eastwood in the message, and The Longest ride star responded with quite the compliment.
“Amazing working with @taylorswift13. I’m proud to call you a true friend. #Rockstar,” he wrote on Twitter. Yep, it’s safe to say Clint Eastwood’s son is officially a member of Swift’s “squad.” And since Joseph Kahn, the director behind the “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood” videos, also helmed the “Wildest Dreams” clip, it’s a safe bet that this won’t disappoint.
Gossip Cop will have the video following the premiere, as well as full coverage of Swift at the VMAs, where she’ll be the night’s top nominee. Check out the full “Wildest Dreams” teaser photo below, and tell us what you think!
