Justin Bieber Manager Scooter Braun: I Will “Never Leave Him” (VIDEO)
Justin Bieber’s long-time manager Scooter Braun has opened up about a vow he made to always remain by the pop star’s side. “I made a promise to him that if he never sang again, I would never leave him, I would always be there,” Braun reveals in an interview on Wednesday’s “Larry King Now.” See the video below.
Braun, who also guides the careers of numerous other musicians, including Ariana Grande, feels Bieber, 21, isn’t given enough credit for moving past previous bad boy behavior. “I have friends who went through stuff at eighteen, nineteen, and they don’t come out of it till they’re thirty,” he says. “To see where he is now, a year later, happy and healthy, and having that perspective, I’m very proud of him.” Braun adds, “As a society, we tell our youth we want them to succeed, yet if our youth succeed, we immediately belittle that and say, ‘You don’t deserve it, you’re too young.’”
As Gossip Cop has previously reported, Bieber is working hard to rehabilitate his image. Last month, he surprised two young fans, including a boy with Down Syndrome, on the short-lived Fox reality series, “Knock Knock Live.” Braun’s interview on “Larry King Now” can currently be seen on OraTV.
