CLAIM: Scarlett Johansson Dating British Rocker Dan White

As has been the case ever since she and Ryan Reynolds split, Scarlett Johansson is the subject of new dating rumors.

According to a report from the Sunday Mirror that’s been picked up widely, the actress and British rocker Dan White are an item.

The newspaper hears “the pair are quite smitten and both see the relationship going the distance.”

Wow, is that so?

A so-called “impeccable source” for the outlet alleges Johansson and White recently met at a London club and “got on like a house on fire… There was an instant connection.”

“They’ve been seeing each other for a good few weeks,” says the Mirror’s source, adding, “Dan’s proper happy about it – and what guy wouldn’t be? He already thinks the world of Scarlett.”

We’re sure he does.

But it seems his adoration of the actress is from afar.

A rep for Johansson tells Gossip Cop she’s “never met” White and says “this is a totally made up story.”

As Johansson herself said recently, it’s become “exhausting” trying to keep up with all the tabloid garbage written about her.

This 100% fake story is a perfect example.
