Sarah Restuccio Wows Nicki Minaj With “Perfect” Rap of ‘Super Bass’ on Idol

Blueberry farm worker Sara Restuccio impressed the “American Idol” judges with a Carrie Underwood cover on Wednesday’s season premiere — and then blew them away by rapping Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass.”

The surprising moment came after the 17-year-old performed Underwood’s “Mama’s Song,” and the panel contemplated whether she needed just one more song to seal the deal.

Cue Restuccio offering to perform Minaj’s “Super Bass,” and absolutely nailing the rap.

“It was two different moments and I feel two perfected moments,” Minaj told her after. “Nobody does that.”
