Although I don’t care for Sarah Palin I do agree with her take on Kathy Grifin. One day Kathy will say the wrong thing to the wrong person – need I finish the sentence.

I totally agree with Palin on this. Maybe the thing about going after the 16yo was a joke??? but it was in bad taste, as is most political jokes, and, not funny at all. I do not understand a lot of liberals, they say they hate Palin, but keep bringing her and her family back into the picture with stupid ‘jokes’, rebuttals to stories, etc. If they just would leave some ‘news’, if you want to call it news, ALONE, then the palins will not be front page news. The liberals are the ones making them out to be front page news. I am an independent, don’t favor either side, but, instead of making me dislike the palins, make me think they are ‘stupid renecks’ like joy behar calls them all the time, I ACTUALLY LOOK INTO THE STORY AND FIND MOST OF THEM WERE MADE UP. On SNL or on a joke political site and some other site took it, whether stupidly or vindicatively, printed it AS THE TRUTH. Happened just a few weeks ago AGAIN, a ‘story, made up, Palin on Hanity? made up quote, ended up on TIME MAGAZINE ONLINE. shame on them. Kathy Giffin, shame on her, she has not been funny for years and now she is dating another stupid ‘non reality’ idiot. After levi johnston. forgot who, not revelate to many, but to his ex, humiliating.

I don’t see why she even said anything. I agree w/ u Dempsey Showers, all comedians make fun of political figures–along with their families. I mean yeah Kathy Griffin can cool it down a little, but she’s a comedian & all she had to do was act like she never knew Kathy existed. No need to take it personally, it’s not that serious. Seriously Sarah, get over it. She just wants more spotlight & people to talk about her.

Clearly some of those commenting missed the key piece of information in Sarah Palin’s remarks. It was not Bristol Palin who is now 19 or 20 but her middle daughter Willow, which Kathy Griffin claimed was the target of her New Year’s resolution. This diatribe by Kathy Griffin had less to do with comedy and more to do with Gay Pride, which Ms.Griffin is a staunch proponent of, because Willow made anti-gay remarks on Twitter last year.
Bristol Palin is an adult and just because she parroted the family mantra of abstinence before marriage without living the lifestyle means she by her own actions left herself open to public commentary. Willow Palin is a minor and her parent, no matter how self-serving her actions might be, has every right to be upset by a comment like Ms Griffin made regarding destroying a 16 year old girl. As Ms. Griffin is an adult, she should be doing everything she can to minimize bullying which has become a national disgrace amongst our youth. Instead she chose to up the ante and act exactly like the term Sarah Palin applied to her, a bully!
Comedy does not have to be demeaning to others to be humorous. However, Kathy Griffin couldn’t be onstage at all unless she was tasteless and mean-spirited to almost everyone. She needs to be muzzled and Sarah Palin needs to quietly return to shooting moose, bear or whatever she claimed to be hunting.

I like Sarah’s hand gestures and facial expression “come up to Alaska and pick on me” Bring your you butt stateside Sarah why does everyone need to come to you? She is so scared to leave Alaska.
