Sandra Bullock: Stalker Was Waiting Right Outside My Bedroom!
Sandra Bullock came face-to-face with home intruder Joshua Corbett outside her bedroom when he trespassed last month, according to a newly surfaced police document that shows the incident at the actress’ home was somehow even scarier than previously reported.
TMZ obtained the search warrant that later permitted authorities to search Corbett’s home for weapons, and the document outlines a terrifying confrontation between Bullock and Corbett in the middle of the night.
Police say the Oscar winner heard a loud noise inside her home at approximately 1 a.m., went to shut her bedroom door and saw Corbett standing in the hallway, wearing dark clothes.
Bullock slammed the door and locked it, calling 911.
She informed law enforcement that she had showered before going to bed, and that Corbett may have been in her house the entire time.
According the the document, when cops arrived at Bullock’s home, Corbett yelled, “Sandy, I’m sorry! Please don’t press charges.”
At the time he was taken into custody, Corbett was carrying a notebook with magazine pictures of the star and several handwritten notes, including one that read, “I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you.”
