Busting bad dish!

Site wrong about why Sandra Bullock is not attending Kids’ Choice Awards

Truth rating: 0

(HollywoodLife.com)

“Oh, No! Sandra Won’t Be At The Kids’ Choice Awards! Is She Too Upset To Be In Public?” asks HollywoodLife, which rarely has the answers.

The site, which can’t be bothered with nitpicky things like accuracy, writes that Sandra Bullock “does NOT want to be seen and is skipping the Kids’ Choice Awards March 27! Can you blame her for wanting to stay at home?”

Well, no one can blame Bullock for wanting to keep a low-profile amidst her husband Jesse Jamessex scandal, but one can definitely blame HollywoodLife for not fact-checking.

Bullock isn’t “skipping” the Kids’ Choice Awards – for which she is nominated for Favorite Movie Actress – because she’s “too upset to be in public.” Bullock won’t be at the awards show because, as her rep told Gossip Cop, she “never planned on attending.”

That’s a big difference.

Maybe Sandy thinks she’s been “slimed” enough, already.

    Hahaha Wow!

Considering everything she’s going through–attending an award show is probably low on her to-do list. It’s very obvious the poor woman is working through issues–I wish the media would just leave her alone.

making an appearance at an awards show probably isn’t very important, all things considered. even if she had been scheduled to appear, and hadn’t wanted to go because of the marital issues she’s having, why would it matter? as soon as she left the house she would be bombarded with paparazzi asking her a million and one questions about Jesse’s reported affairs. i for one wouldn’t want to talk to a bunch of strangers with cameras about my husbands alleged cheating, since i’d probably be devastated and humiliated.

Poor? Not really. :) Good for GCop to clear up rumours, so to speak. :)
