Sandra Bullock is divorcing Jesse James and has adopted a baby.

In the latest shocking twist to months-long drama in the Oscar winner’s personal life, it’s been revealed that Bullock and her estranged husband began the adoption process four years ago, this past January bringing home son Louis Bardo Bullock.

“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” Bullock told People magazine exclusively of her three-and-a-half month old son, who was born in New Orleans. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives,” she added.

Bullock and James brought Louis home in January but had kept their adoption under wraps until after the Oscars.

But in light of James’ multiple affairs, Bullock has gone forward with a divorce.

She said, ”Yes, I have filed for divorce.. I’m sad and I am scared.”
