Sam Champion is engaged!

The “Good Morning America” weather anchor and his boyfriend, fine-arts photographer Rubem Robierb, are set to wed, it was announced on Friday.

“We are thrilled and so excited and thank everyone for their good wishes,” said Champion in a statement.

The couple, who met through mutual friends a few years ago, plan to marry later this year.
