Sage Stallone Reportedly Dead for Days Before Discovery, Pills Found On Scene

Sage Stallone was reportedly dead for several days before being discovered on Friday.

TMZ is citing law enforcement sources who say Sylvester Stallone’s son had been living in squalor in a trash-strewn Los Angeles residence, and that he’d not been heard from in the week leading up to his death.

He was reportedly deceased for a minimum of three days.

Sage’s mother, Sasha Czack, is said to have asked his housekeeper to check on him when she’d been unable to make contact, at which point Stallone’s body was found.

Authorities also reportedly found two drawers filled with pill bottles, according to the site, which quotes a source as saying the room was “disgusting” and littered with garbage.

It’s believed that Stallone’s death was accidental — not a suicide — although no official determination has been made.

No suicide note was found on the scene, and there were no signs of foul play or trauma.

An autopsy is expected to be conducted in the next few days.

    Love of a good mother…..can’t contact your son…send the housekeeper to find him. Sounds like this guy had some major problems. Sad someone that had so much (and I don’t mean just money) threw it away on drugs.

    His attorney told PEOPLE that Sage posted to FB less than a day before he was discovered and was supposed to get married this weekend. I have a feeling there’s a lot of disinformation being spread from gossipy sources, which is really sad.

    He was a grown man so it’s not completely out of this world that his mother didn’t live by him. My mom and I are very close and we actually live about 5 minutes away from each other, but there are times when we don’t talk for a few days because of everyday life. But one of us will eventually reach out to say hi. I’ve had her call my sister or my husband checking to make sure all was well. But there is only so much a mother can do for her grown child.

    It’s definitely not her fault…he is the one that got messed up with drugs and did this to himself. Just not the motherly type apparently because I understand she lives very close.

    Now that you mentioned what you wrote it does sound rather incongruous. Either she was a lousy housekeeper or she couldn’t keep up with his terrible housekeeping. Anyhoo the important fact to me is its a damn shame. I feel terribly sorry for Sylvestor Stallone and Sage’s mother. BTW a woman friend of my sister went to her prom date at Lincoln High School, Phila,PA with Sylvestor Stallone. I can vouch for this fact.

    RIP Sage. My thoughs and prayers are with his family and friends.

    Did not he play in Rocky 3 or in that horrible movie with his father about arm wrestling contests? It has been years ago that I saw them.
