SAG Awards Red Carpet Live Stream 2017: Watch Screen Actors Guild Awards Pre-Show Online
The 2017 SAG Awards on Sunday will kick off with a red carpet extravaganza, and Gossip Cop has a live stream. Watch below!
For the first time, the Screen Actors Guild is offering not just one, but TWO official pre-shows for the SAG Awards. Back again is “People, EW & TNT’s SAG Awards Red Carpet Live.” The online-only event will have a bi-coastal presence. Jeremy Parsons and Andrea Boehlke are co-hosting from the “People Now” studio in New York City, joined by style, film and TV experts to discuss red carpet fashion and make winners predictions.
Meanwhile, right on the red carpet in Los Angeles will be JD Heyman and Lola Ogunnaike. The duo will conduct on-the-spot interviews with nominees, presenters, and VIP guests. The streaming broadcast will also include the presentation of the first two awards: Outstanding Action Performances by Film and Television Stunt Ensembles.
What’s new this year is a simultaneous red carpet stream from TNT’s sister network, TBS. Also only available online, this feed will be through Facebook Live in partnership with Refinery29. Called “Carpet Diem,” it will allow “the audience to engage in real-time with fun and quirky questions and games, trend commentary, and real-time polling.” Organizers are also touting a “state-of-the-art video booth” for celebrities to create viral memories.
As for a televised look at the red carpet, there’s “E! Live From The Red Carpet.” It all starts at 5:30 p.m. Eastern. Watch below!
