Sadie Robertson Nabs Perfect Score For Foxtrot Trio Dance On Dancing With The Stars – WATCH VIDEO!
Sadie Robertson and her partner Mark Ballas were joined by Emma Slater for their flawless trio foxtrot on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” The three impressed the judges and earned a perfect score for their dance together!
Robertson explained that they chose to dance with Slater because the male dancers that were available didn’t match up “height-wise.” Ballas said during rehearsals that he was worried about their third partner because “it is impossible for a celebrity to look as good as a pro girl.” He noted, “It is the first time that a female celebrity has done a trio dance with a female pro, and I think it is the first time I have ever seen the foxtrot done as a trio.” But the group had nothing to worry about. The judges loved their routine.
Len Goodman got out of his seat, pointed at Robertson, Ballas and Slater, and exclaimed, “That is the best trios of the night! You did it. I wish I had an 11 paddle.” Julianne Hough praised Robertson for looking like a “million bucks.” She told the reality TV star, “You did everything perfect.” She also congratulated Ballas on taking a risk by choosing Slater. “It was absolutely worth it,” she said. Bruno Tonioli agreed, saying, “I couldn’t tell who was the professional.”
Despite her amazing performance, Robertson was unnecessarily hard on herself. “I kind of forgot the last part, so I had to make up my own little dance at the end there,” she told co-host Erin Andrews. “It’s okay. It is all good.” And it was more than good. Robertson earned a perfect 40 out of 40.
