Ryan Reynolds Super Bowl 50 Ad Video: Woman Driver Distracted In “Ryanville” For Hyundai Commercial — WATCH!
Hyundai’s 2016 Super Bowl commercial starring Ryan Reynolds was released on Monday, less than one week before the big game. Watch below!
Called “Ryanville,” the 30-second spot is set to Salt-n-Pepa and En Vogue’s “Whatta Man.” It features a woman driver and her female passenger entering the “Ryanville” neighborhood, where it’s all Reynolds, all the time. The hunky actor is the man on a bike, a guy getting pulled over by police and the cop, a construction worker, a group of guys playing touch football, and a dog walker.
The gals get thoroughly distracted by all the Reynoldses as they pass each one, to the point of nearly getting into an accident. And that’s where the Hyundai Elantra’s Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection kicks in. A beeping noise signals the driver to brake just in time, allowing her to stop before running over Reynolds and his pack of dogs.
The ad is slated to run during the second quarter of Super Bowl 50, which will have the Carolina Panthers facing off against the Denver Broncos for the NFL championship. Reynolds is expected to also be featured in a teaser for Deadpool. Check out the Hyundai commercial below!
