Ryan Phillippe “Cheating” Story is So False He May Sue Magazine

“Is Ryan Cheating on Amanda?” reads a headline in In Touch about Ryan Phillippe and Amanda Seyfried.

According to the tab, though Phillippe has been dating Seyfried for six months, he “may still have a wandering eye.”

In Touch claims the Cruel Intentions actor was recently spotted at the New York club Avenue, “flirting with a pretty brunette,” who a so-called “witness” says he “got her number and texted her about making a date.”

But that’s not all.

The magazine adds that just five days later, Phillippe was also seen in New York “hanging out with a gorgeous blonde.”

Gossip Cop looked into the In Touch story, and no one could verify the tabloid’s allegations.

In fact, a rep for Phillippe also denied the claims to In Touch, but the mag still ran the article anyway.

Now a source close to the actor tells Gossip Cop that Phillippe is so annoyed by the false accusations that he’s talking about suing In Touch.

We’ll update should Phillippe officially file court papers.
