Rupert Murdoch has expressed support and sympathy for Prince Harry, who was photographed partying completely naked last weekend.

The media mogul tweeted, “Prince Harry. Give him a break. He may be on the public payroll one way or another, but the public loves him, even to enjoy Las Vegas.”

Murdoch later tweeted, “Only lesson for Prince Harry: avoid playmates with cameras!”

On Friday, Murdoch’s tabloid The Sun was the first British paper to publish the nude pics of the royal having a good time with an unidentified woman in his Vegas hotel suite.

Do you think Murdoch is right, and everyone should give Prince Harry “a break”?

Murdoch is a hypocrite. Give him a break while I publish the tacky photos and make money. If he felt for him, the Sun would not have done what they did. I am sure his tabloid will feel no pain when they publish more trash.

Give me a break Murdoch. You want the press to lay off Harry’s Las Vegas’ strip, but YOUR tabloid is the only one in the UK that bucked the royal edict and published the pics. Considering that your publishing empire is in hot water for its practices, this seems lame. Oh well, anything to generate circulation.

Of course he’s right. Sadly his, magizine published the pictures any way, and the hackers who broke into Harryms phone (and countless) others work for Murdock. He claims to be innocent, so maybe he can get some control. Over his workers. Otherwise time to start firing faster than Donald Trump.
I think it was irresponsible and dumb for Harry to do that. But he’s young and stupid. But his father, and military superiors can handle it. No need to publicly crucify him!

You, Mr. Murdoch, is a hypocrite! You publicize pure trash & you are unethical; however, in this case I agree with you. The punishment does not fit the crime. Besides, if nothing else, Harry’s popularity will only soar…..because now, everyone will want to party with him!

Prince Harry is a grown ass man. He obviously is not cut from the same cloth as the rest of the royal family, this young man just wants to have fun, and he doesn’t give a flying fig what anybody thinks of him. Yeah people were way to harsh on her, but that isn’t what this conversation is about.
I think she is getting it worse too because she was in a relationship at the time, and is a role model for teen. (although I thought the role model ship sailed long ago with the pot smoking…. I guess not)

How do you equate cheating with a married man in broad daylight and in public (both are guilty before you go off), hurting other people in the process and getting naked in your private hotel room and doing nothing more than embarassing yourself, no one getting hurt except his pride. This is a clear example of men helping men and patting each other on the back. Murdoch is a vicious person who hacked phones including that of a girl who was murdered. Harry deserves to be food for the gossip just as other have been. Most recently Kristen Stewart who was also all over his publications and Murdoch himself spoke about it. Kristen Stewart continues to be murdered by the media while Rupert Sanders got a free pass. Sanders was a married man, his superior and the more adult but most still blame Stewart. Murdoch deserves to be in jail.

I agree with the fact people should not be giving him a hard time for being naked he can be naked if he wants to be. The only issue I still can’t seem to shake with Harry is that I do believe he has some racist undertones to him, yes this happened years ago but why would you wear a Nazi costume? I wish he would’ve learned from that but then he went and used a racist word while in his service. I’m not sure this guy is sensitive to other cultures around him. He just never struck me as classy as his brother William so the fact he was naked parading around with naked women is not shocking.

Agreed. Murdoch will always support men..after all he himself cheated on his wife…then married the younger woman he cheated with a week later..and has kids with her. I don’t think I’ll be living by any advice Murdoch dishes out.

I’d heard Harry had a girlfriend at the time when pics were taken in Vegas? Did he cheat??? I haven’t had a chance to read much yet, but will. And be curious of how people react to a man doing that verses a woman… Equal gender no-nos? Or is it cool for one and not the other? Okay, gonna read on :)
