An item in OK! magazine claims Rihanna may be nearing an engagement with boyfriend Matt Kemp.
According to the story, Katy Perry asked Rihanna to be a bridesmaid at her wedding to Russell Brand, to which Rihanna (reportedly) replied, “Yes,” and then added, “I’ll be next.”
Rihanna’s been dating Kemp, an outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers, since November (or hanging out with him just to disguise a top secret romance with Justin Timberlake, if you believe that ridiculous rumor).
But after such a short time, is it really true, as so-called “sources” tell OK!, that “an engagement announcement may follow soon” after a trip to Barbados where Kemp will meet Rihanna’s family?
Um… no.
A representative for Rihanna laughed off the rumor, and Gossip Cop has no reason to believe it’s anything but wildly premature speculation.

the women is still recovering from her relationship with chris brown and likely will be for another year at least.
i hope to god she doesn’t do anything silly like get married for at least 5 years and thats after 4 years of going steady and living with someone for at least 2 years non stop(not sharing postal address as each other globe trots).
if you cant live with your spouse in ur face 24/7 then you should not be married.
