Rosie O’Donnell is engaged to Michelle Rounds, a rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

The couple began seeing each other earlier this year after meeting at a Starbucks in New York.

Rounds is a headhunter, while O’Donnell just kicked off her new “Rosie Show” on the OWN Network.

O’Donnell has four children with Kelli Carpenter, with whom she split in 2010.
