Oh no, disgraced Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, who’s charged with trying to auction off President Barack Obama’s former U.S. Senate seat, is going to be on the next season of “Celebrity Apprentice.”

Among the others announced to be on the Donald Trump reality competition show, which returns to NBC on March 14, are Sharon Osbourne, former baseball star Darryl Strawberry, Olympic gold medalist Michael Johnson, Cyndi Lauper, Holly Robinson Peete, Victoria’s Secret model Selita EbanksSinbad, comedienne Carol Leifer, wrestler “Goldberg,” wrestler/model Maria Kanellis, Olympic swimmer Summer Sanders, Australian TV chef Curtis Stone, and Bret Michaels, who’s calling himself the “super-underdog.”

The celebrities will, once again, be competing for various charities. Blagojevich will be trying to make money — not for his defense, but rather — for the  Children’s Cancer Center.

Blagojevich attempted last spring to appear on “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here,” but was barred by a federal judge, who didn’t want him leaving country to compete in Costa Rica. Instead, his wife Patti Blagojevich appeared on the show.

I hate the fact that he’s on that show. I’m glad he’s out of our state, for the time being, but he doesn’t need to be on TV
